Evyap has established a greenfield project – a state-of-the-art oleochemical plant in Malaysia. The Johor-based facility boasts an annual production capacity of 350,000 tonnes of high-grade oleochemicals and soap noodles, which are the building blocks of major personal care products such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and other goods for ancillary industries. The facility’s strategic location has an intrinsic advantage of being close to raw material suppliers, helping secure the basic ingredients for a range of consumer goods. The new factory in Bladel, Holland is producing a wide range of quality waxes for application in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, candle and food industry. From beeswax, the foundation of the business Koster Keunen has developed a variety of new products to meet new and constantly evolving client requirements. Vegetable waxes include carnauba wax, candelilla wax and several composites. Organic-bees wax, organic carnauba wax as well orange wax, sunflower wax, rice wax and different ester waxes have been added to the wax portfolio.
